A 'head and shoulders' portrait taken in the Walter Gardiner Studio of Derek Gardiner, the third generation of Worthing photographers in the Gardiner family. Walter Gardiner's business started in 1893 and was purchased by his son William Gardiner in the 1930's. Derek (b. 12/04/1924) then took control of the business in the 1960's.
